Written Report:
Skied off the north side of Paulina Peak summit. 5in. of low density snow over another 5 in. of settled snow from last storm. Light winds were not transporting snow. No recent signs of avalanche activity. Snowpack at the crater is shallower than central cascades. Older buried snow is a mix of rain crusts, firm consolidated snow, and pockets of weaker facets.
