Written Report:
We skied 3-5 cm. of new snow on a carvable melt-freeze crust. The shallow new snow slid (sluffed) easily on the crust but with so little new snow it wasn't at all concerning to us.. There was no significant wind loading on the North aspects we skied. It was a nice day to be out, with the sky having Scattered and Broken cloud cover and a Light wind at ridge-top from the South-West. At 10:00 AM it was -5.5 C.
