Written Report:
Wind on the summit was light out of the south, with light blowing snow. Below the summit on the east facing slopes and the north side, there were a few pockets of very shallow wind slab. Skiing through these pockets, I observed no cracking or slabs breaking loose. Some small cornices are present above the east facing bowl.

Aside from the buried surface hoar (persistent slab problem) still lurking in specific terrain, the snowpack is in good shape. I encountered no other signs of unstable snow or avalanche problems.

By 1pm, scattered clouds and warm sun gave way to increasing clouds and light snow.

Ski quality was good with a few inches of soft snow on the surface.
Sky: Broken skies Precip: S-1 Very light snow Wind: South @ 1-16 mph
