Written Report:
There was another larger avalanche in the bowl than the one reported earlier. This appeared to be another wind slab avalanche and it was towards the skiers right side of the bowl and was much bigger with a crown that was maybe 75 feet wide and looked to be approximately 12-16 inches deep. It was probably R2 and D1-1.5. Probably not big enough to bury a person but definitely enough to give someone a scary ride. My guess is that it was a natural but there were tracks just to skiers left of the slide maybe like 20 feet away so it could have been remotely triggered. Experienced significant cracking in the snow just off of the ridge into the bowl.
