Written Report:
Did an afternoon tour at Todd Lake. Skied a steep, northerly aspect with plenty of small rollers, cliffs, and generally undulating terrain in the tight trees. The surface snow was a little slabby off the ridge, then transitioned to sluff with every turn on the steeper parts of the slope once we were farther into the trees. Found the crust on most turns, but overall notably great snow for our area! Fog rolled in around 5:30 PM in the Mt. Bachelor parking lot and I observed rain-like precipitation leaving the parking lot on our drive home.
