Written Report:
snomo from Kapka to Kwolh. 8-12 inches new snow, light -medium density. no wind below tree line, light to mod NW wind at ridge top, hand shear just above tree line, mid slope, east aspect revealed 25cm new snow over ice crust, snow was resistant to movement, ski cut at top ridge, no cracking or whoomphing observed, visibility good to tree line from ridge top, too cloudy to see mt bachelor (med elevation stratus clouds), skied 5 runs, no sloughing or cracking observed on E and SE slopes, 155-165cm total depth at tree line, skiing was excellent, snow slightly wind effected on upper slopes, did touch ice crust on turns
