Written Report:
Toured out to Kwohl Butte today. Weather started out as mostly calm with some clouds and below freezing temps, transitioning into cloudy skies with some precipitation.
Found a lot of wind slab in terrain during our approach and in the butte itself. We were able to trigger a wind slab avalanche on a small test slope, Southeast facing. The slide was about 10-12ft wide and the crown measured 8-10 inches deep.
