Written Report:
Today I toured around Broken Top skiing in both the "Pucker Up" area and The "Three O'clock" area. Although the overnight low temp was 33f at around 6am cloudy skies kept the snow surface conditions quite firm until around 11am when solar aspects began to soften up bringing some good corn skiing.

At around 10:30am on Broken Top's west ridge at 8513' winds where light to moderate from the west, skies broken with high cirrus clouds, air temp was 2C (36f), no blowing snow. Stepping off the boot pack, boot penetration was 15cm (6"). See Pic.

Skiing in the bowl after mid day I did not see any loose wet activity or cornice collapse although pin-wheels from falling debris earlier in the week was evident on steeper slopes.
