Snowpit on eastern aspect on top of the ridge west of Todd Lake at 10:11 AM. Right side up, top layer 6" very dry, loose snow then a 14" layer of more consolidated snow. There is an ice boundary at the bottom of the 14" layer, under the ice boundary is very consolidated, strong snow. Top layer fist, middle layer four finger, bottom layer pencil. Felt more like an even gradient of loose to consolidated from top to bottom.

Compression test was CTN, no fracture, snowpack was very stable. We had two riders and skied 35 degree slopes with no cracking, whumpfing, or snow movement. Great day out there!
