Zone or Region:
Central Cascades
Activity:
Skiing/Snowboarding
Location:
Potato Hill

Went out to Potato Hill (entering from Hoodoo) this morning hoping for powder in the consistently below freezing temps. Unfortunately, we found that the wind affected slopes created extremely variable terrain ranging from powder pillows to breakable crust ranging everywhere from .5 - 5inches. We were mainly on North -> East slopes where we saw terrain was inconsistent across the slopes making skiing extremely difficult.
